We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We label the sizes according the the manufacturer sizing. Our sizing charts are according to national standards, but because we get clothing from more than one supplier we do expect that the sizing will vary somewhat.. Please measure yourself prior to ordering a size to ensure accuracy. 

Lingerie is one of those things that many suppliers won't accept returns; however, we do not think that is a fair policy.  So if you find your item doesn't fit we will glady exchange it for another size with no questions asked. Just contact our customer service center at www.silkandsatinlingerie@hotmail.com .  If you want a refund please keep the original tags on and return it to it's original wrapping. Contact our customer service center via email at www.silkandsatinlingerie@hotmail.com for a return authorization number.

We will only accept returns on lingerie and costumes that have their original tags on and that have not been worn. We will gladly refund or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase providing the above criteria has been met. Under no circumstances will shipping/handling fees be refunded.
